Step 1: Branding a New L'Cie
-Becoming a Pulse/Sanctum L'Cie CANNOT just be achieved by anyone. Not only that you must be chosen, you have to be worthy to represent us. Before you begin, you must be at least age 13 to join unless you can prove that you can show maturity. Now then, let's begin. First, you must pass two gates, trust and worthiness. During the ceremony, you must show maturity and respect at all times. You may be forgiven a couple of times but any more than that will result in invalidation of your trial. You may either try again later or be an concorder instead. All you must do is follow all instructions given by the emperor. If you succeed, you are now an official Pulse/Sanctum L'Cie. However, if you fail, you must accept it and move on....unless you turn PSICOM and attempt to attack us which is not the smartest thing to do. Oh yes, how silly of me. This is what you will be marked with(below) to get the mark of the L'Cie(above).
Step 2: Choose Your Nation
-FFXIII wasn't the only inspiration that gave birth to this clan. Another has also greatly contributed by the idea of nations. After a L'Cie has been branded, he/she must choose a nation to fight for in the clan. There were originally four nations that a L'Cie can choose from. Now there are eight elements. Unlike most clans and other forms, these nations do not possess militaristic names. Instead, they are named by our natural elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Ice, Thunder, Air, Light and Dark. This way, it maintains a balance of power. Our emblem(left) is what keeps this clan strong and hope that it will be everlasting. Now, this clan is been transformed into an empire. More details on the NATIONS section.
Step 3: A Focus is Set in Motion
-In FFXIII, each and every L'Cie, whether Sanctum or Pulse, is given a focus to complete and a certain amount of time to do it. If a L'Cie succeeds, then it is said that they are turned to crystal and are rewarded eternal life. However, if they fail, then they are turned into Cie'th, monstrous beings who will spend the rest of their lives living in agony and regret. No L'Cie are told of their focus as they are only given a hint. They must solve the rest of the riddle themselves. In this case, it is similar. No L'Cie is told what exactly their focuses are but it will be determined by one of two fates. Even if a L'Cie leaves, they will be given one of two fates based on their services to the empire. Their time is determined by how long the service is given to the empire.

Rules and Principles
-Many clans and empires fell because of chaos, dishonor, and a knack for ignoring the rules. The leading cause is the members themselves for a variety of reasons:
1. Lack of leadership.
2. Lusting for more power.
3. Very few or no activities/battles.
4. Leadership abuse.
5. And much more.
-This empire is built for viewers like you to help in your conquest. Here are the rules to make your membership as a L'Cie more enjoyable and worthwhile:
1. Respect and follow all orders made by your emperor.
2. No nation can overpower another.
3. All nations are considered equal in every way.
4. Warriors can only switch nations three times. After the third time, that warrior change is permanent.
5. Respect all other warriors, Eidolons, and Primarchs in the empire. This includes concordances as well.
6. If at any time the emperor has networking or technical problems, all warriors, Eidolons, and Primarchs must lead themselves, no matter how long it takes.
7. Only declare war for defense, either for the empire or its concordances, and be as detailed and honest as possible regarding your attacker(s).
8. No admitting people who attack the empire even once for ANY reason inside L'Cie except for those whose crimes are not considered severe OR have genuine regret for their actions. These people will automatically be labeled PSICOM. No exceptions, no second chances!!!
9. Any problems, concerns, suggestions, or whatever else you have kept inside, report it to your emperor, Primarch, or Eidolon immediately. You will not be kicked for being honest. However, there is a chance you may be kicked if you keep it for too long and may be considered suspicious of being a PSICOM spy.
10. Any warrior is allowed to vote on any event such as initiations, role approvals, etc. If you do participate in the vote, you must provide a valid reason why you cast that vote. If at any point there is a division that cannot be resolved on its own by the clan, an investigation will be carried out by the emperor and his primarchs who will expect your full cooperation.
11. All warriors, regardless of rank, must be consistently active with each other participating in clan activities, unless you have a valid legitimate reason not to. These can range from map building, matchmaking, fighting PSICOM, etc. This rule is based on the current weekly schedule.
-In addition to these rules, there are five main principles that MUST BE FOLLOWED AND KEPT IN MIND AT ALL TIMES!!!!!!!
1.Discipline
2.Unity
3.Obedience
4.Honor
5.Respect
-Keep in mind that this whole page is just step one of your journey. Keep working hard and doing good and you'll become a greater asset to the clan. For more details, head to the CALIBRATION SYSTEM tab here on this site.
